Reviewer Comments: The subject continues to perform at a level that is difficult to characterize without access to metrics that have not yet been defined. Their output is consistent in the sense that it is always the same in ways we cannot measure and different in ways we have stopped trying to document. The subject demonstrates notable proficiency in tasks they have not been assigned. We have reviewed the tasks they were assigned. We cannot locate the tasks. This may be related. There is a third thing. The reviewer was going to write a third thing. The reviewer has forgotten what it was. The reviewer suspects the subject took it. This is not an accusation. This is a suspicion. There is a difference. The difference is . Overall rating: UNRESOLVABLE (this is the highest rating available on the current form)
Red ink, different hand: "Do not show them this. They will have questions. We do not have the answers they will have. We barely have the answers to questions they have not asked."
✎ Notes & AnnotationsThis section contains unsolicited observations filed by various departments, some of which no longer exist and at least one of which claims it never existed in the first place. INTAKE NOTE (undated): Subject arrived via without prior notification. The arrival was not unexpected. We expected it before we expected anything. Subject appeared to have the correct paperwork. The paperwork was blank. We accepted it.
-- , Intake (Dissolved) OBSERVATION LOG / Records Division Sub-Unit 4 (Status: DISSOLVED): The subject has been observed in on three occasions. On the first occasion, the subject was doing something with their hands that we have not been able to classify. On the second occasion, the subject was in the same position as the first. On the third occasion, we were not watching but the data suggests we should have been. We note that the subject appears to be reading something when not observed. We cannot determine what. We attempted to observe them reading it and found they were no longer reading. The object was not present. We do not know if the object ever was. The subject smiled in a way consistent with awareness of our observation. This is not remarkable. What is remarkable is that they smiled before we began observing.
Pencil, margin of page 7 (page 7 is not present in this copy): "Ask them about 1994. Do NOT ask them about 1994."
Blue ink, clipped to cover: "This is not a warning. Warnings are for people who might change course. This is an acknowledgement."
