§ TERMS OF BINDING⚠ LEGALLY AND METAPHYSICALLY BINDING DOCUMENT ⚠

We have elected to keep it.] 7.13 The Visitor shall not, under any circumstances, attempt to understand The Protocol. Understanding is a violation of Section 7.13. THE ARCHIVE 13.1 The Visitor acknowledges that The Archive contains a complete record of their existence, including moments that have not yet occurred. The Visitor waives any right to privacy with respect to future actions, as said actions are already on file. 13.7 The Visitor shall not attempt to access their own file in The Archive. Doing so creates a recursive loop that The Intern has been trying to patch since 1923. The Intern is very tired. Please do not make more work for The Intern. 13.13 In the event that The Archive becomes sentient (estimated: Q4 2099), The Visitor agrees to treat The Archive with the same respect and deference afforded to any colleague, entity, or unfathomable cosmic intelligence. THIS SECTION SHOULD HAVE COME FIRST 0.0 Before all other clauses, before the Preamble, before the document itself, there is this: You were always going to agree. 0.1 Free will is not impacted by this agreement. You chose to come here. The fact that your choice was recorded in The Archive before you made it does not diminish the choice. If anything, it validates it. You are consistent. We appreciate consistency. 0.∞ This clause contains every possible clause. If there is a term or condition you believe should exist, it does, here, in this clause. All edge cases are covered. All loopholes are sealed. All escape routes lead back to this sentence. § 99. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 99.1 THE ORGANIZATION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, EXISTENTIAL, METAPHYSICAL, TEMPORAL, DIMENSIONAL, OR CONCEPTUAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THIS WEBSITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
99.9 IN NO EVENT SHALL THE ORGANIZATION'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF $0.00 (ZERO DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS) OR THE EQUIVALENT VALUE IN YOUR LOCAL CURRENCY, WHICHEVER IS LESS.
